Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers vehicle rentals, chauffeur services, camping trailers and gear hire, and related fees booked through our website, phone, or email.

2. Reservation, Hold, and Deposit

  • A booking is confirmed once payment of the required deposit or full amount is received.

  • A refundable security deposit may be pre-authorised or charged at pickup. The amount depends on vehicle class and insurance cover.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customer cancellation >72 hours before pickup: Full refund of rental charges paid, less processing fees  5%

  • Customer cancellation 24–72 hours before pickup: 50% refund of rental charges paid.

  • Customer cancellation <24 hours or no-show: No refund.

  • Third-party costs: Cross-border permits, special delivery, driver accommodation, and similar pass-through costs are non-refundable once issued.

  • Prepaid extras: GPS, child seats, camping kit, and similar are refunded using the same rules above unless already delivered or installed.

4. Early Return

Returning the vehicle earlier than the booked end time does not automatically qualify for a refund. Unused days may be credited at our discretion if the vehicle can be re-rented.

5. Late Pickup or Delayed Flights

If your flight is delayed, inform us immediately with updated arrival details. We will hold the vehicle for up to 4 hours after the scheduled time when notified. Without notice, standard no-show rules apply.

6. Vehicle Substitution

If the booked model becomes unavailable due to breakdown, accident, or late return by a prior renter, we may provide an equal or higher class vehicle at no extra cost. If a suitable alternative is not available, a full refund of prepaid rental charges will be offered.

7. Service Issues and Credits

If a verified service failure materially affects your rental, we may issue a partial refund or credit. Report issues to us within 24 hours with evidence.

8. Security Deposit Returns

Deposits are released after inspection. Deductions can apply for fuel shortfall, damage, excessive cleaning, lost keys, traffic fines, or unpaid extras. We supply an itemised statement on request.

9. Gear Returns (Camping Trailers and Equipment)

All gear must be returned clean, complete, and in working order. Missing or damaged items are charged at replacement cost. Excessive dirt or moisture may incur a cleaning fee.

10. How Refunds Are Paid

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval. Bank timelines vary.
